Something Inside of Me Has Always Been Here

I know it has been a while since I last wrote to you.

But it has been one fascinating year for our universe.

Things are changing.

More things are shared by our government.

More rockets and programs are set to explore space.

There was even more Star Wars. The Last Jedi was one of my favorites.

I loved the words, the spaces in between the words too.

Luke SkyWalker: Why are you here?

Rey: Something inside me has always been there, but now it’s awake and I need help.

Luke Skywalker: I’ve seen this raw strength only once before. It didn’t scare me enough then. It does now.

But the changes don’t scare us.

The exploration does not end. Because we too have always known. We have always had something inside of us. And now yes, it is more awake than ever. And we won’t be afraid.

Not only are we reaching for the stars, in space, in movies, in government but also inside consciousness. Researchers at NYU’s Langone Medical Center have conducted a study of patients who have experienced near-death experiences, and the results are intriguing and chilling. We are evolving faster, sooner, and with more clarity than ever possible.

We no longer need to rely on unfounded theories about unidentified objects, the afterlife and a universe that is just mysterious.

The mystery is lessening.

The knowing is deepening.

Humanity is here to stay.

Stay longer and longer.

And maybe just maybe there will come a time when we are no longer afraid of death, no longer afraid of space and its infinite vastness.

And who knows one day we all get to experience other dimensions, black holes, time travel and above all no time. No past and future.

No one universe, but many.

No one self. But infinite.

I dream that one day I get to understand my own existence better through the advances in physics, technology and above all consciousness.

I know that not only can we live forever but all of us here reading this letter have a chance at understanding the knowing that has always been there just like Rey.

And staying long enough to do something about it.

May your holiday season is full of stars,
